Challenge
Your local transit agency has tasked you with finding new ways to enhance the daily experience of its riders.
Through the use of design research methods, you’ll create a concept—whether it’s a service, product, space, or experience—that makes commuting more enjoyable, efficient, and user-friendly.
Goal
This project aims to design a user-centered solution that improves public transportation by addressing key needs such as accessibility, safety, and efficiency—enhancing the overall commuting experience.
